The pinnacle event of the Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster, the Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience, returns for the seventh year on Saturday May 9, 2009.

Staged on the banks of the majestic Ord River at the Jim Hughes Amphitheatre, the award-winning concert attracts visitors from all over Australia and overseas to picnic on the lawn, take in the spectacular views, admire the impressive water, light and fireworks displays, and kick up their heels to an inspiring range of Australian musical talent.

Featuring a star-studded entertainment line-up including popular party band, the Hoodoo Gurus, this is an event not to be missed.

Testament to the concert’s popularity, it was named in the Top 10 Social Events for the past three years running (The West Australian newspaper) and has claimed three coveted WA Tourism Awards for Significant Festivals and Events. The event is a popular tourism draw card for intrastate, interstate and overseas travellers, as well as for the proud East Kimberley community and surrounding regions.

Bring your picnic rug, hamper and esky, and enjoy the unique carnival atmosphere showcasing the people, heritage, culture, landscape and colour of the East Kimberley. You’ll enjoy:
