2 WEEKS TO GO!

There are only 2 short weeks until the Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster kicks off for 2011!

With previews of winter surfacing this Easter in the southern parts of WA we cannot wait for the warmer weather. If you feel the same why not join us in heading to the Kimberley Region for a wonderful celebration of community in our picturesque North West.

The Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster features a range of fabulous events across 10 days including The Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience which will see Aussie favourites Jimmy Barnes, Vanessa Amorosi and Bob Evans take the stage on Saturday May 14. KIMBERLEY KITCHEN WITH CURTIS STONE

Reality TV host, Celebrity Chef, Master Chef & Best Selling Author, Curtis Stone has done it all! This year at the Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster you can see Curtis as he cooks up a storm in Kununurra’s very own Kimberley Kitchen on May 18.

Curtis will demonstrate 3 specially created recipes incorporating local Kimberley produce and ingredients. You may even be lucky enough to assist Curtis on stage as his sous chef! So get down and watch the sunset and night sky come alive, while your mouth waters watching Curtis create stunning culinary delights!

We are seeking volunteers during the Muster for events such as Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience, Argyle Diamond Dig and Closing Street Party.

Volunteering is a great way to celebrate the Kimberley community, meet new people, learn new skills and contribute to the success of the Ord Valley Muster!

KIMBERLEY MOON EXPERIENCE

This outstanding line-up of Aussie greats is guaranteed to give the people of Kununurra and their visitors a rocking good time on the majestic banks of the Ord River under the Kimberley moon, MAY 14.

With an outstanding line up including Aussie greats Jimmy Barnes, Vanessa Amorosi Bob Evans plus Alex Lloyd and the Pigram Brothers, there are just too many reasons not to get involved!

DEANNE SMITH NOMINATED FOR COMEDY’S ‘BARRY AWARD’.

Deanne Smith (Canada) touring with the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow has been nominated for the ‘Barry Award’.

Launched in 1998 as the ’Stella Award’ and renamed in 2000 to honour the Festival’s founding patron Barry Humphries; the ‘Barry Award’ recognises the most outstanding Festival show. The winner gets fame, glory, a snazzy trophy and an all-important cheque.
